## What WIL does

WIL runs cohort-based training programs for people entering Canadian tech. Each cohort runs through the same five-phase Training-to-Outcome Framework:

4. Work-integrated learning

- DTTP 1.0 (April 2023 to March 2024): 3 cohorts in Product Management, Web Development, and UX/UI Design. 500 participants, 420 completions.
- DTTP 2.0 (September 2024 to August 2025): 2 cohorts in AI Product Management and No-Code & Web Development. 290 participants, 192 completions. First fully AI-powered program.
